Little known tidbit about Friday: I paid $600 for my very first computer in 1996. It was built to spec for one reason ... so I could play Diablo. I became addicted to the music of Tristram Village. To me, it's musical valium.

.:: Monday, March 24, 2008 ::. Breast ENLARGEMENT? FAT chance! This weekend, while prepping for my MS injection, I'm reading my "Injection Tracker" journal thingy. In the front of the journal are pages and pages about Copaxone, what it does, the reactions, adverse and otherwise. The most disconcerting thing I discovered is that during the Copaxone trials, a greater percentage of Copaxone patients gained weight. Acck! I'm now eyeing the $36,000 supply of injections in my fridge and thinking ... now EVERYTHING in the fridge is the enemy. =^p I keep reading and I come to "breast enlargement". And, I kid you not ... in the book, It's listed like this ... ... Breast Enlargement, Breast Enlargement ... What ... is that like New York, New York? So nice they had to say it twice? If it had only been listed once would that have meant only one breast would be enlarged? *looks down shirt* Nope! They're not enlarged ... not even swollen a little. Still, 34C on a woman 4'11" and 108 lbs, looks pretty adequate -- especially considering the fact that I'm 54 and as a teenage I rarely wore a bra. We burned them back then, ya know. So, I'm lucky they're not bouncing off my knees or sagging so badly I could throw them over my shoulder. I had to go to Walmart to get Mr. "I have to have a Gold Brick" Man some Elmer's Easter candy. As I'm passing the clothing section, I spy Happy Bunny shirts! YAY! *happy dance, happy dance* Do I even need to say it ... I bought two. One is a tank top that has "2 cute 2B Forgot" and the other reads, "I did it but I'm blaming you!" Yeah, I'm stylin'! I mosey on down the aisle and I see this ...
 All of a sudden, I go in to Gollum mode ...
Okay ... a little over the top but I was "oooo-ing" and "ahhh-ing" all over the place. This was just one style. There were all colors, different patterns. All I've had since Katrina is a couple of white bras, a couple black, one nude and a red one, that to be honest, I don't know where the heck it came from and I've never worn it. I want a pretty bra and I'm going to buy one!
I started going through them one by one. "34C, 34C -- must have a 34C" Nope ... no such luck. 38B ... 32A ... 38A ... 38C ... 34A ... 34B. OH, C'MON! Are you going to tell me that my breast size is so commonplace that not one bra in perhaps 400 - 500 on the rack is a 34C? Why, that would mean my breasts are *gasp* average! Poor little breastesses -- no pretty bra for the girls.
*sigh* Wouldn't you know that out of the bevy of reactions associated with my MS injections I wouldn't get the good ones. I bet if I was a 48DD -- when they wouldn't need enlarging ... well, you get the idea. Chronicled :: 1:03 pm :: Friday's Child
